Green Bag Lady: Retro Swirl FREEBIE!

A friend of mine gave me all this fabric and it was like a time machine. It transported me directly to the 80s. I think I had a shirt made of similar material. Didn't we all? Who needs to be transported back a few decades every time they shop? I think you do! Good luck. 20 winners.
