Photo Finish Friday

 

We were gifted a box of peaches last week. They were super yummy but we went to Nashville last weekend to move Ellica into her dorm room. I stuck them in the fridge and forgot about them until we got back. Hmmmm, what to do with a bunch of ripe (and some over-ripe peaches? Crisp! I used THIS gluten free recipe and it is just as yummy (even more so with the slivered almonds) as the gluten full variety. I only wish I had some vanilla ice cream on hand! Highly recommend.
