We didn't find any worms today - they were probably hiding deeper down in the cool, moist soil. She loves to hold them & watch them squirm around. She saw my coreopsus out front and asked "Is this a daisy mommy?" I told her it was similar & told her its name. I'm big on giving her as much correct information as possible and teaching her about all the different plants. My yard, as you know, has tons of native plants & flowers, which are lovely, green & take a LOT less care than introduced species. Anyway, kids love to be outside & should learn as much about nature as possible.

Your favorite little sister,

JaneAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6202334394202768670.post-68370073866512433132009-06-18T19:46:39.229-05:002009-06-18T19:46:39.229-05:00Hi, my name is Marina, I'm from Brazil and wan...Hi, my name is Marina, I'm from Brazil and wanted to drop a little Congratulation on the awesome work you do.In July I'll gife educational activities to children in which I plan to have a "make your green bag"project to motivate them to use fabric bags.
