I had such a yummy breakfast this morning, thought I would share. When I was out visiting Harmony last week her hubby made waffles with the cutest single waffle maker ever! It makes one Eggo sized waffle at a time. I used Pamela's gluten free mix. It's perfect for putting in a toaster for future mornings. I had mine with cream cheese and blackberry jam today. Game changer! Harmony would also sprinkle cocoa powder on my coffee. Yum! What is your go to breakfast? Teresa
