UPDATE: New Zealand Chapter

What adorable things Bagettes Olive and Cathy have been making over in New Zealand! Love all their hard work for so many different causes. Keep it up ladies, love to see what you are making and sharing with your community! :) Teresa πŸ§΅πŸ§΅πŸ‡³πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡³πŸ‡Ώ

Hi Teresa--

Bagette Cathy and I have been busy again sewing bags amongst other things for community gifting. This is 12 drawstring bags in Christmas fabrics for our neonatal unit (first photo) plus 22 library bags to be gifted to our community libraries.

Also, our quilt club members also made a heap of bags and I forgot to count or get photos. The bags are loved by library patrons which they keep so we keep sewing more.

I've also been sewing a few of these (second photo) for friends' birthdays. Then my friends don't have to use a plastic bag to carry their sewing or knitting projects.
