This past week I got a few things from my TO DO list complete. Another tennis bag…
And, so excited about the fake leather bottom. I've been wanting to experiment with this for a while. I'm super pleased with how it turned out. Much easier than I expected! This is the inside, pretty Amy Butler fabrics…
I found this tutorial on Pinterest I have been wanting to try. Very easy. These are for Little Girl's friends for Valentines Day.
The cute insides…
And of course some bag sewing. YAY! I feel like I'm BACK!
I am truly feeling great. I feel about 95% percent. I still get tired, but that is to be expected. Monday will be the 6 weeks from surgery mark and I see the Doctor on Wednesday. Happy happy! Teresa
Love the Tennis Bag. Do you have instructions? Or at least how you do the bottom. I have seen this on several of your bags and they are just great!
ReplyDeleteI did a tutorial for the tennis bags on Sew Mama Sew a while back:

There are more tutorials on to the right of the website, all of the ones that use boxed corners have instructions in the tutorials.
Happy sewing CrochetnQuilt!
It's really wonderful news that you are feeling great! I love the little pouches you made for Little Girl's friends! I'm going to have to try that myself. I having put in a zipper since I was in my late 20's!
