This makes it all worth while…

This is Wendy. Isn't she beautiful? She is my former student. She now lives in Thailand and teaches english to middle school kids.
I sent her a box of bags for her students…
Aren't they adorable?

Such sweet faces…

Awww, look on the projector in the background and how cute is this guy?
And even a video!

This is what Wendy had to say:

GBL....
Well, there are 40 ecstatic Thai kids with GBL bags running all over this campus! They LOVED the bags!!!!!

They're so excited about using their bags! They were already planning their strategies at lunch time on how to say "No, thank you" to the food vendors that put their food in plastic bags. It's a real challenge in Thai culture for kids to turn down something that an older person is giving them (such as a plastic bag!) so, they're really pumping themselves up for this! I told them to explain to them about our project and encourage them to use less plastic. We'll see what happens! :)
Thank you sooooooo much! You're awesome! And thanks again for all you're doing to make the world a better place!!!!
Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wendy

Thank YOU Wendy, you and your kids MADE MY WEEK! Hugs to all of you! Teresa
