For those of you that have been watching the news, you know that we got a flood here in Nashville. We are lucky to live on a hill as you can see in this photo. Above is Little Man on our street. People in houses down the street further from us were not so lucky. We went for a walk yesterday afternoon after the rain stopped to take a look. . .yes, the water you see in the front was that high. . .
Then, we met a man who was releasing 3 possums that he caught under his porch. A mom and 2 babies. They sure are cute. The babies, I mean, the mom, well. . .

Well, we sure are dry NOW but I guess you say what happened in Rio a few weeks ago, right?

There were almost 300 deaths, just in the city.
That is terrible too! My heart goes out to them.
