Workday Wednesday

I've been a busy girl these last couple of days. I have many tennis matches going on so less time in the studio. But, I am loving playing tennis and am trying to be more productive with the little time I do have to sew. I made another tennis bag to try out some things…
All the inside pockets are different coordinating fabrics…
I added a key fob. I've had a couple people mention this would be handy and have never put one in a bag before. Simple. No biggie.
I now have three scrap collecting bags to hand off to Kristin
Cut out some bags that are ready to sew…
Ran a big pile of handles through the serger…
And, that's about it. My sewing room is a disaster. I really need to make some pet beds to wrangle all the scraps going on in there. There's always tomorrow, right? What are you up to this week? Teresa

I finished up a runner for my husband's dresser. He wanted one that covered the whole thing. I made a bag for my mother-in-law and have started sewing handles on some of the GBL bags I brought home!

I designed some paper piecing patterns for my Craftsy store. That tennis bag looks awesome the key fob is a great idea! I might add one to my next bag!

Since I've turned fifty, sad to say I have started to add a skinny pocket that holds my reading glasses:(
Probably the most important feature for me followed by the key fob and phone pocket in any of my totes or purses.

Love the fabric on this bag
