Workday Wednesday

Another crazy week under my belt. So late in posting this but I wasn't feeling well today. I did get some things done with week like these pet beds…
And, of course Halloween shenanigans over last weekend. Here is Little Girl and one of her friends dressed as zebras. Note the trick-or-treat bags I made to match…
Little Girl and her friends went as the National Geographic Channel. Cute!
Big Girl and her friends went as Winnie the Pooh characters. She is Eeyore…
Little Man wanted to be a Ghostbuster. We had fun making the light up backpack gizmo…
Guess who I am?? I'll give you a hint, I grew up in Minnesota…
And, a woman in my neighborhood gave me a HUGE fabric donation. Her mother was a quilter and passed away about a year ago. It is finally time to clean out. I went last night and got one load and went back today. I still need to go back again for more! I got a lot of fabric…
And fun boxes of notions. I love those jars of color coded buttons!
Bins and hat boxes full of fabric, notions, quilting supplies, etc…

And more fabric! It kind of goes on forever. I didn't even take pictures of the batting and stuffing. Lots of that too.
I have to admit, I got teary a few times going through this donation. The way she organized things reminded me SO much of my own mother. The little jars, ziplock bags of elastic, unfinished projects in an envelope. Oh my. I will put all of this to good use.

I also spent a couple of days on alterations I had piling up for some of my neighbors. What have you been up to? Teresa

Thanks CrochetnQuilt, a fun Halloween! I'm loving the donation. It took me most of Friday to get through all of it!
