I found the Green Bag Man!
And, he lives in Valdivia, Chile!
Brit, Alfred and I went to the famous waterfront fish market here in Valdivia and who did I meet? This charming man who makes reusable bags out of XL former sugar and rice bags. He sells them for about $.75. Of course I bought one! Go Green Bag Man! Teresa
