Speaking of Richard and Judith…

When Harmony and I were visiting Richard and Judith, we asked if they wanted some extra bags to give to people that they knew. They brought them to their gallery, Electric Works in San Francisco and gave them away there…

From the Electric Works blog:
The answer to the bag question…

In Whale, 2011 Chris Jordan uses single-use plastic shopping bags (50,000 of them) to represent the number of pieces of plastic floating every square mile of ocean. His amazing image based on a photograph of a whale by Byrant Austin was the perfect backdrop for our bag give-away at Electric Works on Saturday. Folks were thrilled with the gift of the bag and promised that they will now answer “fabric” when asked “Paper or Plastic?” Hurrah!!! for the Green Bag Lady.
