WOW! These upcycled plastic sculptures by Sakaya Ganz are amazing! This is my favorite quote from her artist statement, "I was taught in kindergarten that objects that are discarded before their time weep at night inside the trash bin." Can you imagine if we ALL had been taught that?
I think it's a great idea to use kachevstve material for sculptures like "not green" materials, giving them a second life so to say, and not giving them 100 years of lying in the ground may meshet our children and grandchildren.
