I printed out the pattern and made the first bag in this post. It turned out cute and the zipper pouch is fun but it took me over 2 hours from start to finish. I think I'll stick with my pattern for shopping bags from now on. This would make a cute gift for someone though…
I also serged a bucket-full-o-handles…And, a pile of bags, with some left to go…
What are you working on? Teresa

Finishing an Americana quilt top that I started before 4th of July 2013! It feels good to be clearing the clutter of unfinished projects!
Nice Marianne!
Today wasn't a work day for me. It's Wednesday and that's the day we pick up my mother-in-law and take her to lunch. We went shopping afterwards at Walmart so Mom could pick up a couple things she needed & spent the rest of the day just sitting and talking. Very relaxing!
Sounds like a nice day Tami. It is so great that you do that with your MIL every Wednesday!
Marie, this isn't a freebie, but I'll let you know if I decide to get rid of that bag!
You've been productive. Very little sewing time for me today as I get ready for a weekend away with my boys. I am sorting thorugh my fabrics and packing up an EPP set for some butterflies I have designed and am currently making.
Paula, oooh butterflies, that sounds intriguing!
