Let's look at the BEFORE photo of this desk for a moment…
Then, let's move on to the AFTER…
Cute, right?I'm kinda in love with it.
Knobs are from Home Depot, Martha Stewart collection.
Paint is Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, of course. This color is a mixture of Duck Egg Blue, Pure White, Provence and Antibes Green. I had a specific color in mind and just kept mixing until I got there.
It might not look like it in photos, but it really is a different color than this piece. It has a more green undertone. I just love it. I'm so happy to give it to Little Cousin. I hope she gets many years of use out of it. Total cost for this project was under $100. This includes the initial $40 paid for the desk, the knobs were $28 and the paint and wax. Teresa

Teresa! This is absolutely gorgeous! The technique you used is outstanding! And mixing 4 colors is so brave. I just finished painting a cabinet too, I was going for the look from the 50's kitchen with a light pastel green and glass knobs. Bravo!
This is yet another beautiful refinish! You do a really great job will all of your projects. I'm sure that Little Cousin will love it and get lots of use out of it!
