I love the fact these bags are organic! Most of the bags sold in the stores are made in China and have been proven to leach chemicals into our food, so I've been sticking with the old fashioned paper. I'd rather have cloth!

(and all of those bags are just adorable too!)I think though I would have to go with Diapering Sewing 101 as this is something I've been trying to learn for awhile now. The first tutorial that caught my eye was the magic tube turning trick tutorial. I have spent tons of time trying to turn straps right side out. But, now I have an easy way.

I'm beginning my adventure with sewing machine so tutorials here are my everyday lecture. I'm hoping to try "How to Machine Applique" on my new pillows, and after that i will definitely "Add a Zipper to a Pillow". Right now I'm struggling with a lack of time for shopping new materials but I think a new Green Bag would be a GREAT help and motivation.

I've tried many of the sew mama sew tutes including a heart pillow, the cutest scottie dog ever by Denise Schmidt and a number of bags and pillows. Still on my list are the doodle pillow, and insulated picnic tote, a wallet to tote, the spring chicken and prudent baby's sleep shorts as well as a dorm laundry bag. They're a great source of inspiration.

Well, I have a whole bunch of tutorials from SMS saved in my "to do" files, so how would I pick one?
