Is the device free? As I know there are fountains with spirt (jet? don't know the correct word) of water to make sips in the USA schools.
Yes, it is free to get water out of these devices Burovik. They are becoming more and more common in the USA.
Cooled water... Yuck! I react in this way because I caught cold and hardly recovered)) Cold beverages to me are self-ban!
