Festive Floral Freebie!

It's officially spring but it doesn't quite feel like it here in CO. The photo yesterday of Little Girl should tell you what our winter has been like. I'm not complaining though, we need LOTS of water and will take it in whatever form we can get it. I'm hoping that posting this freebie will make me feel like warmer climes are right around the corner!
