Isn't it the cutest thing? He said it was running through the wood popping up in different spots. :)
Almond, Aspergillus mix, Beef (which I haven't eaten in 30 years), Casein, Cashew, Clams, Coffee, Dairy, Crab, Eggs, Gluten, Goat milk, Mushrooms, Onion, Rye, Tomato, White potato, Avocado, Barley, Flax, Hops, Spinach and Whole wheat.
After 4 weeks, I am going to add things back in and see if they cause migraines or not.
Fun, huh? So how has it been going? It's ok. I have oatmeal with berries and pecans for breakfast every morning now instead of eggs. For lunch it's usually edamame or rice toast with peanut butter and a salad. Dinner is usually fish with veggies and rice or some type of Mexican food like salad with black beans, coconut cheese (which is surprisingly good!) and corn chips or corn tortilla tacos.
It will be interesting to add things back in and see how I do. Since I wasn't having any kind of stomach/digestive issues that is not a concern, it's only the migraines. I sure hope I can have some of those foods again. Off to eat my boring lunch. XOXO--Teresa
