Kehoe Beach

I promised back in this post that I would show you photos of Harmony and I picking up plastic at Kehoe Beach. This is the same beach that Richard and Judith find their plastic. Jazz hands on the walk to the beach, of course…

 Gorgeous…

We were told before we went that it was not "plastic season" at the beach. It is better in the winter. We found a lot anyway. In this photo you can see the little bits that are mixed in with the sand. Sometimes it is really hard to tell what is plastic and what is a shell, rock, etc…

Some of my beach finds…
Harmony with her bags full walking back to the parking area…
The landscape around the beach was amazing, cows for a very pastoral feel…
Me chugging up the hill on the way back, the sand made it really hard to walk at any kind of fast pace and we were late for an event…

I will be taking some more photos of the plastic that we found, yes, I brought it home with me. I'll post them when they are ready. This is all part of my sabbatical project on my semester away from the University this spring. Teresa
