Here they are! They are made out of vinyl that was donated to Green Bag Lady. The sand will slide right off. And, they have a mesh bottom so any grains that get inside will just keep going back on to the beach!
I had all the supplies on hand and most of them were donated with other fabric. Even the bright orange is also vinyl that was in a donation box. The mesh was a HUGE beach toy bag that has been sitting in my basement for years. It was far too big and bulky to use so it got the axe, I mean scissors…
These are for Richard and Judith…
And, while I was at it, I made some for all my other buddies who are so great at keeping our beautiful beaches beautiful. These are for Sara…
And last (but definitely not least) this one is for Harmony…
Enjoy everyone, let me know how they work! Teresa

Awwwwww.... I love it! You are the best panther a tiger could ever hope to be friends with. I will use it and think of you!! (which I already do when I pick up plastic on the beach)... :) thank you!!!
You are most welcome darling Harmony, let me know how it works!
I LOVE these. What a great idea. I would love to have one and use. I hate all the sand staying in the bag. Great work.
Thanks JoAnn. Maybe I'll do a freebie for them someday. I ran out of vinyl though so I'll have to wait for more to come through the donations!
There's a pattern in a new-ish craft book -- I think it's by Maya of Mayamade, but I can't find it now -- to make a 'treasure bag' for kiddos from plastic window screening. I had some on hand and made one for my son. Great for finding treasures on the beach!
Teresa = one creative lady; love the bags...
Best, J
@ hollyU, I'll have to look that up, thanks!
