I've been of opinion that the favorite american butter is peanut butter!))
You are correct Burovik, the American favorite is certainly peanut butter but I much prefer almond or cashew butter. One of my daughters loves sunbutter which is made from sunflower seeds. We have quite the variety of nut butters at my house!
