Workday Wednesday

Busy busy over here! So many things to share:

Pics 1-4) XS zip pouches for Little Girl and some of her sorority sister friends. The symbol of her sorority is the anchor and I happened upon the fabrics. The navy/white is from Walmart, pink is from Joann but I love how they coordinate. I even ended up putting lanyards on them. :)

Pic 5) 5000 labels from Starlight Labels. I adore this company. They are so wonderful and much cheaper than the last place we were ordering from. If you need labels, highly recommend! Chapter Bagettes, let me know if you need any, I'm well stocked!

Pic 6) A special project for my neighbor. Turning all her dad's shirts into pillows for all the grandchildren. Great upcycling and great memoir for all of them from Grandpa!

Pic 7) Look at this girl! This is the sewing machine that my mother gave me right after Big Girl was born. It was the same one my mom had and I learned to sew on as a kid. I had loaned it to Bagette Aunt Frances and then Bagette Dad had it for a while too. My sister drove down last week and brought it to me. I'm looking forward to sewing some bags on it again!

Pic 8) My friend Susan needed a glasses case for her MIL. I love the one she picked out and we put a keyring and lanyard on it so MIL could hang it up and not lose her glasses. Brilliant!

Pics 9-10) A neighbor requested a pillow in honor of a friend who had just passed away. Her favorite color was purple and her favorite sayings were Whatever, Nothing Matters and Plenty of Time. Such a fun item to make and she loves it.

What are you up to? We are getting LOTS of snow here in Colorado, it's nice to be inside today wearing wool socks! Cheers--Teresa
