Fantastic! What a great idea - I love that we get to make a bag too and pass it on! This Christmas I am cutting down on food miles by only buying local food or eating veg grown on my allotment, recycling last years Christmas cards as tags, hand making as many pressies as possible and wrapping pressies in cloth that can be reused.

this xmas, it will be difficult to go greener than I already do everyday. We'll have no bought at the store presents, only handmade or second hand gifts.
we will not have a real xmas tree, or paper wrapings, and i'll reuse it if someone gives me a present wraped in paper.
also, we never waste food, so all the leftovers will be eaten. and we always separate the garbage into paper, glass and plastic, so it goes to the recycling center.

My daughter has turned me into such a tree hugger that I can not go anywhere without mapping out a gas plan. So we made sure that we went to only one place for christmas shopping. She said wasting gas is wasting energy and that was bad for mama earth. So we went to the mall and found every persons gift. It was actually a really great idea. Before I would drive around and not find anything. She opened my eyes, love that about her. So I saved gas and put out less waste. That is greening christmas to me.

This Christmas, almost all of the presents I am giving are handmade by me (a few by others, presents I've gotten from Hyenacart or Etsy), and many are made out of recycled bits from my stash.

Thanks for the chance to win! :)

Thanks for having an eco-friendly giveaway! :) Always nice to see. For the last decade or so, I have not bought commercial wrapping paper, instead option for using brown paper shopping bags, which we then recycle. We don't use Christmas lights, and we don't buy a tree. We try very hard to make changes in our everyday lives away from disposable products - every little bit counts!

I'm making a lot of my gifts, including the wrapping paper, from things we already have around the house and that would other wise be recycled. Thanks for the generous giveaway!

I'm going green this Christmas by NOT decorating! I save time, money, electricity and attitude. We have an evergreen at the corner of the house and we have it strung with fairy lights (white and colored). It stays off until Dec. and then with an outdoor extension cord we plug it into the outdoor outlet. I also handmake any exchange gifts

my green-ness for this holiday season is recycling all the plastic bags in the house to make crocheted gift bags/totes. cute and funky!

What a wonderful giveaway! Thank you for the bag pattern as well!

This holiday season, I am going green by using fabric as gift wrap - so it can be reused!

I finally started composting! I can't figure out what took me so long, but as I've been cooking for the holidays, I've been NOT throwing away all those bits. Can't wait to see what my garden looks like next year!

This year we are going green by skipping the Christmas Tree. One more tree can stay planted because of us. There are lots of places to hang ornaments. Thanks for the chance to win.

Whew...I made it in time (barely)!! I LOVE using vintage linens quilts and other handmade items. This year I made both a full size vintage linen quilt and a mini quilt for my niece and nephew. I also used some vintage linens to make some bean bag toys for my neice. I made a TON of handmade items this year in an effort to be more green! What a cool idea for a giveaway!! Thanks so much!

Wow! Thanks for the opportunity! I am a college student away from home and paper bags always rip on the bus. This will definitely come in handy! I'll save the other for my best friend who is also an away from home student. Thanks for the chance! I hope I am a winner!

This year instead of purchasing gifts, I will make majority of them.

I hope I make this! This is really creative! I was definitely share this idea with my friends. I am going to use newspaper comics as wrapping paper this year. I've been collecting for the past three months!

Thanks for the chance.

I have been purchasing sweaters from thrift shops this year and have unraveled them to get "recycled" yarn. I am using the yarn to knit smaller gifts for my friends.

I am going green by using the shopping bags with the Christmas theme that I purchased at the local grocery store. However, I would much prefer to use one of your beautiful shopping bags! :-)

I am not buying Christmas presents this year. Instead, I am donating to Gospel for Asia and Hand of Hope so that people who are in real need of food and shelter will receive it.

I'm not traveling! I'm actually making fewer gifts this year than last, but I'm trying to buy locally wherever possible.

This year we are going green by reusing magazines and newspapers for our wrapping, led lights and crafting with things we already have. Thanks for offering the giveaway!

Great idea! I can always use an extra one and give the other to my sister. This year I am not buying Christmas presents.

Instead of wrapping paper I want to use outdated state road maps for wrap. I've also found a few gifts secondhand. Thanks for the giveaway!
