Lunch
I've got a new lunch situation going on over here. Lately I can't get enough of cheese/pickle/avocado/ greens sandwiches. Oh, they are SO good! And so simple. I put a slice of cheese on bread, pickles, then another slice of cheese and throw it in the toaster oven for about 5 min. I top it off with slices of avocado and either spinach or romaine. I found that I don't even have to add mayo or another condiment. It's a great blend of creamy, crunchy, salty and satisfying. YUM! Teresa
